During the virbational stage, it's pretty common for people to see random light, images etc. It's usually perception of the astral plane itself in small bits. If you're not use to seeing in the astral plane this can happen. Usually during this stage I can see in astral plane pretty clearly, but some (mostly beginners) may or may not have any vision at all. But it'll come over time. And don't worry about your heart pounding. It's not your heart that's racing, it's actually your astral pulse you feel. So you're not in any danger. It does feel scary though I admit

I like the Vibrational stage very much, it does feel good. This post acctually cleared up my problem, (see What next? in astral projection) I saw an Image, which means I was doing every thing right.....I saw the astral plane....Yes! wait....which also means I could have got out of my body......errrr.

I can't wait, I've never felt vibrations, all i have felt was a very strong pulling on my body, like pulling upwards, strange, but cool.

Well the way I do it, I can feel the vibrations within 3 minits, If I can concentrate enough.

What I do is listen to that High pitched sound in my head, after 3 miniuts you should be a vibrational stage.

I heard that too, man I totally forgot about posting it.
For about one week I tried concentrate on that high pitched sound(I've been hearing it for as long as I remember)
I didn't just thought maybe this sound can make me go into to the vibration state.
No, It was just like when I visualized the purple orb over my forehead. While I was relaxing something told me to concentrate on it, not like a voice but like I just knew that I should concentrate on it.

It was the same with the high pitched sound. Something told me to concentrate on it, it lead to making me get into the Vibration State three times in a row.

The first time It was strong, then it got weaker and stopped after about 8-9 seconds. I did that three times, and I tried to move during that time. But I couldn't, meaning I was in the s/p.

OHHH this happens to me also but my perception of the white light is like statically or something like a messed up tv or something then it goes away and im like wtf !?
