hello everyone i just was curious about if it makes a difference if your trying to astral project in the ground floor or somewhere higher?

I am not sure if it makes much of a difference, but I usualy try Astral projection on my Bed, and my bed is rather high up. although thats where I do It all the time. I have only gotten to the really intense vibration stage (The one that seems to what to through me through a big sheet of metal.) once, and It was on my bed. I always do it on my bed, I thought about doing it on the floor, but my floor is cold.  Well, it has carpet, and it's not really cold at all, but you know what I mean. |

Honestly I think the comfy factor is good but make sure your not "too" comfy. I mean, yes it will help your body fall asleep much faster, although, it would make your mind sleep much faster as well.
