Hello I just had the sudden realisation that i've been nearly astral projecting since i can remember. What i mean by this is that, from whence i was younger ive always had sleep paralysis. At night, when im in bed i cannot get to sleep straight away, and when i do it is only on rare occasions. So, when i was younger i decided i was gonna use this random time to try and think things through with my life. So, i would just lay there motionless, thinking about life, school, girls, stuff like that. And then BAM! My body starts to numb and i get this sudden feeling that theres some sort of evil presense watching me. I get nervous, my hearts pounding, im freaking out and then it feels like my body is swaying back and forth. This whole things goes on for about 5-10 minutes until i can pul myself out and get out of the room out of fear of death. So yeah, ive only just put 2 and 2 together. This happens almost every night, so ive got quite a big chance of obe some time soon, yay! Yeah this is quite pointless but im just so happy that ive already experienced the hardest part without even knowing.

Wow, sounds somewhat like what happens to me most nights. It takes me about 30-90 min to fall asleep usuall, so I just think about my life, play with my imagination, etc. But sometimes, out of nowhere, I seem to think that something evil is near, usually in the form of the ultimate evil/evil ghost. Usually I can coax myself out of it, but it seems to scare me so much that I don't even move because I'm so scared. All I want to do is turn on my lamp (because I find light comforting) but sometimes I'm to afraid to even do that.

Oh wow, somebody replied yay! Anywho, i know what you mean. I have to turn my lamp to, when im not running out of my room like a headless chicken, that is. I find light comforting too, its just so wierd sometimes, coupled with the fact that my mum constantly going on about spirits and ghosts, doesnt help. lol.

Yeah, I know, it's like when I'm scared out of my brains, and all I want to do is turn on my light. Somehow I know that as long as I turn on my lamp everything will be safe, even if that doesn't make any sense. Sometimes I just totally freeze up out of fear. I think that if I move, it's going to see me.

Yep, i get the moving thing too. Im under my cover, frozen in fear, not moving trying to hear out the entitie or whatever i think may be there and try not to move because i think if i move it will see me, take the cover off me and either attack me in some way or try to kidnap me.

there is usually a higher percentage of experiences around the ages of 11 to 17. this is because they are going through puberty and there body is chemically unbalanced. i had alot of freaky things happen to me when i was going though puberty. like things moving around the room, doors opening and closing. lol. i can even remember opening my eyes and seeing 3 angelic purple watches hovering around me in a circle. later on i found out that one of them was me from the future trying to wake me up quicker. wake up as in, spiritually . ive been projecting all my life, i can remember the earlyest ones from when i was around 4-6. you can learn alot from your past experiences, i believe the best way to remember is to ask to be shown in a meditation. your friend lonewolf p.s i can remember seeing karen when i was like 5 or so in the phenix temple. lol. oh well.

Yeah, that makes sense. What ive described so far isnt psionic in a sense more psychological than anything. However, things do happen to me and thing happen around me. For instance, people report experiancing shivers around me, if im in a bad mood my phone, mp3 player, computer, house phone will refuse to work and will either start making weird noisies at me or decide to show errors. I have precongnitive dreams and i am still trying to expand my empathy, which is there, but weak. But thats off-topic i guess and not in the right section, sorry.
