I put my alarm to wake me up at 11:30 am and I had class at 13:00 pm. So I woke up and then set it on snooze as always. So as I kept pressing snooze every time I woke up at one of the times I went back to sleep and I started to feel my vibration energy picking up intensity causing me to get out of my body. The feeling was like I felt lighter and was like I got out of trap like I was forced out of a box. Then I fell I think in my body and then I went out again but I couldn’t see anything I and couldn’t control my movements I just kept bouncing everywhere its seemed that I got stuck in a position and couldn’t move.
How do you see with your astral eyes? how can i open them?
also how can i willingly get out of my body insted of using this way?
thanks

paolo,
That's something that'll usually come over time. My first couple OBE's were sightless. I believe it may be due to your conscious mind trying to use your physical eyes to see when they don't exist on your astral body. On the Astral Plane you don't see with the physical eyes, but with the mind's eye. And same for the spontaneous movements. You probably won't have good control (if any at all) of your Astral Body either until after a few times. Same difference, your conscious mind is trying to control your astral body like the physical body. For most people after 2 or 3 OBE's, vision and body control will become second nature. Also your time out of body will gradually get longer.
Good luck =)
