Vibrations- Etheric or Astral.

When I AP I don't go through the vibration stage, I have also heard it is for etheric projection. So which is it? What are your views and when do you get them?

I get them when I enter the s/p, the final step to be able to leave your body, to get an etheric/ethereal projection . When you get vibrations the door i fully opened, you just have to go through it.

I got the vibrations about 2 hours ago, I can just say one thing.
THEY FEEL GOOD
It's feels almost as good as being in love, imo.

Vibrations are still a mystery that have not been explained scientifically...

researchers like robert monroe had vibrations when they began to go OOB but as time passed he did not have to go through that stage anymore.

its really hard to explain what happens in the vibration stage but if i could could try then i would say that in order for you Energy Body (also known as Astral Body or Etheric) to go out of your body, it has to vibrate at a higher rate/level.
thats all i can think of right now lol

etheric / astral are basicly the same.
i dont get vibrations as my own vibration surpass's the astral and higher plains, so i dont need to increase my own vibration to enter them. ive never really felt them and i dont think i will, unless of course i want to enter the buddik (sp? wow its been to long scince ive used that term) plain.

onto vibrations, they are quite simple to understand.

each plain of existence had a required vibration to enter that persific plain.
lets say that the lower plains you need a vibration of 100 and that the earth plain needs 300. You need a vibration of 400 to enter the astral and a vibration of 600 to enter the higher plains.
on a table it would look like this

lower plain - 100
earth plain - 300
astral plain - 400
higher plain - 600

Now lets presume and using comon sense of course, that to exist in the earth plain the person needs a base level of 300. With that level you can exist in the earth plain and you are also freely able to go to the lower plains (not adivsed btw).
To access the astral plains you need to raise your own vibration to or past 400.

so in saying that people feel there vibrations increaseing and with all hope try to achive a successful exit of there body.
again you will need to raise your vibration past 600 to exist in the higherplains.

Now you take somone who has a high vibration, there base vibration already passes the required vibration of 600, to the higher plain. So they are able to exised freely in the lower, earth, astral and higher plains.

these are fictional number of course but at least you get an idea of what vibrations are about. The neat thing is that you can raise your own vibration permanently too. one of the best way is to provide some sort of service of god. Going to and spending alot of time in the higherplains. and activly practicing projection and other abilites.

forgot to add that abilties are directly linked to vibrations too. you need a vibration to use clairvoyance, audience etc. if your vibration becomes to low, you will not be able to do any of these.

can you have an obe with too low vibrations i.e. you have an obe with 100 or less, ad accidentally enter a lower plane?

Yes. Some people vibrate on a higher plane, some on a lower. The thing is people on the higher can see the people on the lower, but usually the people on the lower can't see the person on the higher plane.

Your Energy body vibrating at a really high stage, which makes separation easier

how does one increase the amount of vibrations? id like too know this as i myself am trying to AP and OBE

the easiest way i believe is by taking deep breaths,

as you inhale visualize new white energy coming into your body
(you can also try visualizing the energy going into your head)

and as you exhale visualize old/negative energy leaving out of your body.

how long you should do this? I dont know maybe for about 10 minutes
