hey guys i wanted to know if i was astral projecting or not..sometimes when im sleeping after i just closed my eyes it feels like someone is lifting me up but i dont feel that part but i always feel when i fall into my bed when im already on it ...and last time i fell into my bed hard when i was already in it i felt da spring bounce....am i astral projecting uncontrollably??
