OK, ever since I read The Astral Journey by Herbert Greenhouse, I have been obsessed with achieving an astral projection or OBE. I have read every book I can find on the subject and attempted it with several different techniques, including "roll-out", "lift-out", and "'anchor". None of them really worked.
I suspect that I just need more practice, but I also require some assistance from people who can actually associate with me, who have achieved astral projection. None of my family or friedns fit this category... please help!

Wow, I hope you appreciate this edwardbear. I use a lot of free products for converting audio, downloading videos, ect and I've pretty much used up all my free trials(companies can be such cheap bastards at times). So here, after an hour of me trying to find the right software, is an audio file that's supposed to make it easier for one to project. Can't say I have much experience either way, natural or through hemi-sync like music, but feel free to try. Burn it to a blank CD, listen to it with headphones. Thanks so much!!! I think that the hemi-sync kind of thing is exactly what I need although I can never find it in stores or anywhere so ... cool! I'm going to try it again tonight!
UPDATE: With your help, the assistance of my mentor (spilledchemicals), and a new book about astral projection, I have finally managed it! Consequently, I have now started an astral projection log. You can view it if you like...
