Ok I had a dream I was on the computer and it said go here and you will AP so I went to the thing on the internet(still dreaming) and I left my body. I was aware of myself being out of my body so I flew over my pool table then thought 'back to body'.My vision was kinda draggy and a little blured while having my dream of being out of my body.I felt slow and heavy.I was wondering was this an OBE or AP at all and does anyone have techs on how to do this other than the rope meth.

sounds like a dream. When people project while dreaming, the "dream" is very vivid and life like.

Yes, sounds like a dream. When I projected, I was being guided by someone/something, and it was so colourful. I think I was in some sort of temple, but that's all I know. I'm going to try again some time, but for now I can't, because I've been very busy these past few days.

last night i felt more in control of my mind than usual, and willed myself out of body, and at the same time willing my third eye open, but it seemed so easy to do in this state.
i saw my bedroom wall and begun to get sucked back to my body as i tried to look around, my vision was blurry with dark fluro colors, like my vision was glowing, and shortly after i had returned to my body as someone had interrupted my sleep
i think it was a mix between dream and obe but im still excited about the experience
