Acoustic Entrainment MP3

Well, I haven't given out an mp3 in awhile, so... here's an interesting one for you. Rather than binaurals, which work by creating a beat frequency that affects the frequency of one's brainwaves, acoustic entrainment files work by creating a series of frequencies that resonate with the brain. So, effectively, same result, different process. Anyway, I recently bought one to try it out, and I'm sharing it with you guys on two conditions: 1.) You don't give out the link or file to anyone else, and 2.) You let me know how it works. I'm conducting a sort of study with this, so just keep me posted from time to time. If any experienced APers (or really anyone who's ever APed before) would like to try it out and give me some feedback (i.e. whether it actually does produce astral projection, whether the process of separation is similar/different from "natural" separation, any other info you want to give me on it), that'd be great too. Anyway, if you want to try it out, right-click on this link and hit "Save As," then pick a folder to download it to. Also, note that you don't need headphones for acoustics like you do with binaurals.

Really really interesting. Good thing I found this so soon I was about to go to bed soon and that's when I usually try to AP. I've always touted binurals as the best for trying to OBE but I'll give this a try for a few days and see what happens. Hopefully I'm not too rusty .

Alright, if got some results. I did OBE last night using this track. I was very surprised since I haven't even thought about trying to AP for the last 2 -3 months. It wasn't much but I was able to leave for a few seconds as well as bi-locate. I most definitely will use this with my binurals and meditation tracks that I already have. Thank You!!

i am going to try this out tonight for sure

ok so i was listening to it with ipod earphones at a medium level the volume wasn't really high and umm i fell asleep

after hearing a few minutes of the mp3 i fell asleep without even knowing and lost conscious ...woke up by another track (hemi-sync) right when robert said to wake up lol
