alright well first off im not old but ive been in psy for 2 months
Now to the question at hand: ok last night i decided to try astral projecting just too see how close i could come too it so i lay down on my bed closed out all sounds and focused on the rigging in my ears, sure enough after 5-10 minutes i was calm i whent for another 30 minutes...and i felt something!! it felt like someone in my head and pulling(hard to describe :/) and at the same time my body was steadily feeling heavier and heavier is this the begining of Astral Projection? or is it my body and mind playing jokes on me?

When you relax your body many things can happen like for example you can get sleep parylisis, parts of your body will turn numb, it can feel as if your body temperature is rising etc etc...
i say its the beginning of Astral Projection, once you get comfortable with it you'll move along

i tried it again last night (jan 14) and it felt as if i was floating outside my body i could feel myself outside my body it was weird. also i saw meself sitting up( i was sitting up on my bed while doing this) and i saw a realy pretty girl lyuing across my shoulders as i looked she looked at me smiled, laughed and then i opened my eyes it was weird

that was most likely a spirit (may or may not have been your spirit guide although i doubt it was) when you can achieve it again try to talk to her. if not with speech then with thought (telepathy)

Just be careful, because what you see may be deceiving. It could have been your spirit guide, and if so, try to talk to her.

This pserson is most likely your spirit guide. It's rare that other spirits come and speak to you ... at least, it's rare for me. My spirit guide is a tall beautiful woman, reminds me sort of Handmaiden from KOTOR 2 (if any of you Star Wars fans out there know what I'm talking about, the nkudos on you!)

well it wasint like someone was talking to me it just elt like someone was in my head and pulling at me :/ like i said hard to describe (sorry for being away for so long its just ve had alot of school work)
