well i've practicing for several days without being able to ap.......
well i relax and i try to hear the sound in my head but nothing is happening................does anyone has a very easy method for aping ?

the high pitched sound ou sometimes here when very relaxed
To psionGR: there is no easy way to ap it takes practice and dedication, been trying fr a month and had little success. exactly what positon are you in when you attempt this and are you trying late at night?

it can take some people a long time to get anywhere, you have to lie there completely still with a blank mind for what can seem ages, and it can take some people even weeks to begin getting sensations
if you read up as much as you can on it, learn about the most common and successful methods and keep practicing every couple of days
you may even be going through a period when you can ap at all, this can happen to anyone, just read up and practice every couple of days, and try not to over do it too
