for some reason i fine psi balls hard to make, i can feel energy at my chakras in my hands, i just cant get my technique right, i seem to be using alot of energy/time/concentration and its not working, it can be tiring but i just feel im not doing it rite, i usually either imagine the air between my hands materialising into energy and forming, or feel it coming out of my hands and forming, it neva seems to work, any help???

What do you mean by, "not working"? What do you expect as a result? Without knowing that, it's hard to say anything.

LOl, i posted this ages ago, i thought id like to post on my progress, it takes a few seconds for me to consciously make one, but i usually just put my hands together and intend to make one and its there. it does depend on my mood and how much energy i have on how strong it is though. I remember the first time i did it, i was having a laugh and had closed my door and was pretending to throw one at my dad and i cupped my hands and one formed so solid and strong, i was shocked as i was only messing around.  |

Heres a thought, how long do you spend making psi-balls. If you only spend a couple of minutes one boring afternoon sit down and make one for about half an hour. I have only ever spent ten mins and even that makes a strong one. I heard you can make them effect physical objects really strongly if you make good ones. OR you could make a weapon out of it and start hitting an annoying sibling with it  (joke joke) |

hmm must try it out on annoying sibling (great tip  ) he wont mind- hes telepathic and hell kick my butt, and his mother will save him!!!  ( i am joking about that! ) |

I actually sat down one arvo, and made a psi--sword. it has seals, elements and scribings on it. and over time, other beings have added there own strengths on it. i havnt tryed to attack my family, im to controlled for that.. not to mention too tired . but i do use it for sparting, and it dose it job really good. i also have 2 other swords that i take with me to the astral, including my one. the second sword was given to me, by a dragon lady. she is the keeper of dragons, and she is a strong healer too. she gave me a sword, that had 'light' scribed down the blade. my therd sword, was from a dragon, that we hatched. he gave me a sword, buts really powerful too. it has a golden handle, and the blade is stronger than my two other swords. so far, i have found all these swords unbreakable. so they are really strong. and the people who gave them to me, who made them. well, i think thanks will do for now. your friend lonewolf |

well, just keep practicing your energy manip and you will get there in no time. i made my first sword about a month and a bit into my psionic training. so there is hope for everyone. I was lucky, i hade alot of people add things and make it stronger. but they never changed the oringonal programming they simply built ontop of it. just remember, everything starts in the mindscape.
