So bad at psi balls

I dont know why but i cant make a decent one for the life of me. all i get are some measley energy feelings between my hand. i was wondering though if i needed to master psi balls before i could try shielding/constructs.

yes. you should practice gathering energy in your hands and one you ahve a good grip on that work on psi balls and finally constructs

ok yah, that is a psiball lol. it feels differnt fo everyone. But yah, heres my advice, use MORE energy, like alot lol. dont use your own though thes tha trick. hers what i do, i see lighitning zapping me in the head and goint strait though me and makign the psiball. just do that for a long time it works for me:D and remember eveyroens psiball time is differnt, i mastered them first day, others have trouble, all depends on the person:D

Nice technique sk8ertodd - it certainly appealed to me, mastering psiballs is not nesessary to make shields- but to make constructs you will have to master it.

it's normal not to be able to see one, but you should feel them

to make a psiball you have to know what psi feels like.
make a fist and then open your hands. now do the motion again but this time in your head (its like your making a fist in your mind) your hand or fingers should not move. you should feel something in your hand
