could you please expand on the idea I dont know what you mean by manipulate people im sure you could manipulate their energy if you were good enough but im pretty sure you cant mind controll somebody through Psi

Yes its posible, and karen was kind enugh to metion one way. Emotions are a way of manipulating somoene, altho the desired affect can be only limited to what the targets will is. But you can largly manipulate people throu there emotions, but its not recomended, as you are conflicting with there own freewill. But sending warm hugs, or love and happyness is a posative way of looking at it.

It can also provoke something else that would want to bash the person trying to mind control the other person...Sometimes it isn't wise to go poking around someone's boundaries and "free will." As it can also have karmic affects as well.
