Hi guys, I'm new on this webiste - and Today i started taking interest in Telekenisis again. I've read on some sites about the Psi-balls aswell, Well, first thing you have to do is move your heat to one side of the body (hand). I can't do that  - Can anyone please help me?. It would be really nice of you ;D |

oh, and before i forgot (sorry  ) How do i move the stuff with my mind? or bend the spoons? I would really love to do it. and yes - I know it is possible. |

To move stuff with your mind is call TK. Please read the articles on the Main Page.
Second how to make a psi ball:
1) learn to feel energy
2) learn to gather energy around your body.
3) learn to gather energy and shape it into a ball in your hand.

yes. Think of a song/ a scene/ something that is very very peaceful. Then let it run through you. Feel the peace, the calm. Be quiet. Don't think and don't feel. Now stare off into the distance, like into air. Then replay the peaceful thing. Focus on what you're feeling. You should feel a tingly warm stuff in the air or in you. It might feel like a warm nice hug. That's psi.

maybe if you want use the energy of sumthing warm. eg - pretend moten lava is being poured on your forhead (dw its not hot just warm) feel it going down your neck, accross your shoulders, down your arms and stopping in your hands. it has nowhere else to go so it bottles up. keep adding more and more, and finally release it into a psi ball. hav fun!

Also, i put the peice of paper on the needle - and put a cup over it Now, when i concentrate nothing happens, no movement |

um i would say keep practising, its probably just that its harder to put the energy through the cup, so with practise your energy should strengthen and then you will see the results you want.

Yeah, Because I can do it without the glass over it. and I'm sure i dont breath on it, or there is wind.

Hehe thanks. But i dnt think im good yet. I can make the psi-wheel turn a couple of times. But when i put the paper down. my mind wont let it move foreward. Why is that ?

Hmm one more question, Is it easier to move the psi-wheel when a glass is over it rather than a plastic invissible cup?
