ok after a lot of mediation and gathering of energy
when i tryed to make a psi ball i felt something in my hand as something was in it and the air between my hand looked like it was moving very quickly and was very warm and feels like the ball is there
does this mean ive made a psi ball?

hey, sounds like you are having fun..
i have been doing EM for about a year, but i was never interested in manifestnig the energy intothe physical untilll last few week, when i was given the task to do so, so after a weeks worth of practice iam able to make some colours apear, but its not sold. i have a few times made the ball glow, i mean its hell easy to see the balls clairvoyatly and i have some polyvistion. i can see the balls with many differenmt methods of sight, and i can see energy in the air in the first place, but getting it to be clearly visibale is my ultimate goal, but good on you for getting there so quickly.

i think i know what you mean by seeing energy like clear waves kinda or particles i see that to but i thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me.

Like what JediKaren had said, keep focusing on the psi moving into the form of a ball.

I like to move my flow of psi into my hands and let it accumulate there untill it explodes. Then, I like to let it roam around freely in the space between my hands after the space gets full i compact all the freely movie psi together to form a ball. Then I add enough psi to the ball to make it as dense as I want.
