Ive been doing energy movement for a very long time now but in trying to make this psiball with lots of trouble but after reading some articals it really explains the things ive been having my whole life so if you could help it would be awesome ;D

i sense psi and i can move it in my body very easy but i cant form it into a ball

you probably can. can you feel a tingly feeling in your fingers? or your hands warming slightly or cooling wen you try to make a psi ball? if yes:) you hav gathered energy. it takes a long time to see your psi ball (which is called flaring), but if your a natural at psi, you mite be able to do it faster

Well i'll keep try but all i really get are tiny white sparks from my hand is that a good thing?

Ok i've tryed again add this time i felt something
i couldnt see anything but the little sparks again but i really put all my enegry into it and all the energy around me into the space between my hands and i felt alot of wurmth and weight in my hands as if i was holeding something does this mean the psi-ball is begining to form in my hands and is it good ?
please help

Yes. You're probably on your way to making a flaring psi ball. Keep at it, you're doing a good job.

little sparks are awesome! keep trying to turn them into a ball, then colour it. to test your psi ball, blow up a balloon, then move your psi ball through it with your hands. your progressing really fast.  |

You are doing very well. I've been doing this regularly for a year and a half and I've never seen sparks.

ok my energy is still a bit wavey but its coming around but i cant sem to keep hole of the energy it keeps falling
