i need help

i realy need help.

ive been into all sorts of stuff like this but never tryed it i just started 2days ago and i need help

1st.how do i know i have a psi ball in my hand.
2st.how do i make it visable for others to see.
and 3rd
I REALY NEED HELP

okay this is how we go about it first of all and most improtant is you need to know how to create energy in your hands you can do this by telling your nerves to product more psi a good pracitise is picturing your have moving but before you move your hand you stop pracitise this first a lot and another good trick is meditation always helps with everything help me a lot remember this kind of stuff thats time so don't be hasty now for the psi ball trick create a great amount of psi in your hands first and hold it there now while you charging become one with your energy and make your thoughts part of your energy and start programming your energy into a sphere inbetween your two hands now keep coating your psi ball with energy to keep it from wobbling and falling away do this continuously till you get it right and for more tips go to www.freewebs.com/jedikaren/energymanipulation.htm

gosh but thats tricky i kinda not understanding it i mean you said program and stuff how would i do this stuff its making me frustated i need lots of help how do you tell your nerves?

visualizing is the key it all has to do with visualizing you have to visualize your thoughts to become one with your energy this is how you programme you think of what you want your energy to do and you visualize it happening same with getting more energy you visualize your hand moving and then tricking your body that it is moving makes more psi in that but normaly i use the same old visualizing that fire is covering that part of my body remember this stuff thats time

omg dude i made my first psi ball it took me 4 days but still i wish it would have been visable thou its still asome it feelt so werid but at the same time cool

well im pretty sure i can make a psi ball, but i always doubt myself. my bones in my fingers creak really bad when i make one and my hands get tingly. also when i gather energy, i can get my hands to feel really hot, but when i put them on my cheek they dont feel that hot, just normal. help, anyone?

Well if you doubt yourself then have have to ask the question is my mind playing tricks on me, is it really there, can i feel it there and i touch it? cause i had the same problems my fingers became creaky and really cold but i wasn't doing anything so you must look back on the step i said already and practice all day it takes time lots of time your lucky you can get it right straight away

ok so instead if i feel heat in my hands, then i should feel heat wheni put my hands on my cheek?

ok well when it comes to heat your skin can't really tell you what temperture it is so normaly i look at the colour of my hands if the one im chargign goes red aand the other stays the same i know im charging but check only if you have charged a lot to the point that you can tell a differnce

yes i have the same problem when i make a psiball ALL i feel is heat nothing more at all. is it just my body heat? ps read log for more information
