Weird effect after trying to make PSI Ball

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forums, and i'm glad to have met you all. I only started 2 days ago, and after everytime i try making a PSI Ball, i'll get a tingling feeling on my right hand. But the funny thing is that when i'm actually trying to make one, i dont feel that tingle, or it will be very small. However after i have say given up on the attempt, then i get tingles throughout my palm.

Weirdly today, after a few attempts in making one, i get the tingles all over my body, feet, hands, am i doing something wrong?

not exactly. You don't have any control. It sounds like you don't really know how to gather energy and therefore can't control it enough to make a ball. practice gather energy and feeling it. Learn to gather it around your body, not just your hand. Then focus all the energy in your hand.

thanks JediKaren, i'll keep that in mind, i'll try focus more and see if i can get more of a feel for it. By the way, when i concentrate hard on it, i get goosebumps, and i can be sure i wasnt cold or anything. Its like shivers.

I tried a few more times at work today, the tingling feeling is there, but very weak. However i noticed soemthing that was weird well to me as a newbie anyways. After attempting to create an PSI Ball, i went for a lunch break, and when i touched the handle of the door, i had this weak static shock. At first i thought it was just coincidence and didnt care much.

After my lunch hour, i came back, touched the metal door to get in, and nothing. So i stool there and said to myself, okay if i believe in this PSI ball that i'm trying to create, then somehow i can create another static shock. So i stood there for 1/2 a minute or so, trying to gather the energy and passed it on my right hand. Then as i felt the slight tingle on my fingers, i touched the handle and recieved a moderate shock... i dont doubt a thing now. I mean how can i gather static if i'm standing still and i had just touched the handle and grounded myself?

When trying to create the PSI ball, i keep having an electical energy source, like a thunderstorm and such.

ok for the tingling... tingling is the feeling of energy particles travelling through your body. as you practise more the tingling will subside as your body gets used to you consciously moving energy. as for the tingling happening after you hav tried to make a psi ball, taht is your subconscious mind still chanelling energy. phew.. and for the static shock... depends... did you visualise electricity to gather energy for your psi ball? cos that could lead to electrokinesis.

Wow thanks for that information Vanish, great info there. Yes i was thinking that there was a ball on electricity in the centre of my chest, and was just firing streams of lightning through my hand and into my arms. All making sense to me, but i never heard of electokinesis, sounds interesting

Do a google search on it. There is a lot of information on it. Psi is just energy. Electricty is just energy moving around in a certain way, reacting in certain way. When you gather energy and do what you did, you can create electricty.
