Okay, when I create a PSI ball after meditating for like 10 mins. After that I put my hands in the normal PSI ball form (wrists touch, hands in a C Shape, fingers touching) I move all the energy in to my hands and after a few seconds, I feel this pushing sensation between my hands as if something was in between, I also have a tingling sensation on the palm and fingertips.Then I let the supposible PSI ball go by seperateing my hands..I see no light from it and I'm not sure if this is actually a PSI ball.

if you can feel energy in a ball, then, yes it is there. don't get stressed about seeing it. You will need much more advance skills for that.

well im not sure, but its just energy, it was just a suggestion, not sure if it would work, but im sure you would have to power the ball alot less to see it aurically then if you were flaring it!
