Personally, I don't really have to consciously draw energy either. I just make the ball, and make it stronger. If you feel it, it's probably there. I don't feel it all that well, but one of my friends really gets the feeling he can't move his hand any closer to it. Might be the distance to my hands... Anyway, I don't get tired either. And since it's a really basic skill, I think you have to make a lot of psiballs (unless you flare them, which I've read costs a lot of energy) in order to get tired

PSI balls are very easy. not difficult at all. you usually dont have to try in order to make one. some common things people get wrong are stuff like the size.. the truth about that, anyone can make one 6 feet across and not use anymore energy. in your mind you see it as an accomplishment at the time but anyone can do it. strength of the PSI ball doesnt really mean theres more energy in it, besides a PSI ball will almost always be extremely weak (I say almost because I can't see the future on that, nor do I really want to) again it just the way you think it in your mind, something is big and heavy and hard as a rock but it still doesnt mean its not hollow. theres a little nugget for you to chew on.
