I was trying to make a psi ball just a bit ago. I haven't got to the point of making one really yet. My only effects are my palms get warm but my fingers are cold? weird...

When i try all i feel is some kind of sensation from my legs,to my arms, and to the tips of my fingers but that's all.....

I've been meditating and whenever I focus, I don't see a psiball but have this feeling as if strings are unwinding out through my palms.

I tried to imagine a blue psiball earlier today from energy from the earth, and it felt maybe a tad weaker than using energy from the moon.

Wow it was amazing today. I made a ball, I have been able to make them from day 1, but today I could rub my hands all around it, and i could stop it from getting really really hot. (I made my mum put her finger into my hand, she thought my hands were making the air warm, but when she put it in she was startled at how hot it was, its awesome, anyone else have this same thing?) I cant make them cold... I dont really practise much, because I like results, and new things every day.

Also... I felt my nose tingly, then I bent down to get the rubbish bin, and smashed my nose right into where it tingled, on the side of the bench...

So... how can i make them cold etc etc I tried thinking cold snowy mountains etc

Not sure how much this will help, but the first time I experienced cold energy was after sending warm energy into a random direction for a while, after which it suddenly turned cold. It felt a bit like I had run out of energy but at the same time I hadn't.

It's possible to feel both cold and warm energy at the same time in the same place.

Most of the time you can search for a warm or cold spot in your body and learn what it's supposed to feel like that way. You can try to manipulate that spot by making it grow or shrink or move it, or you could try to duplicate the feeling elsewhere (such as between your hands).

Cold and Warm in the same spot? I got that feeling all over my body once. It is one of those things you can not describe so I would say it is possible.

I imagine Strings of energy (I chose differnt color each time to see which one helps me best) I imagine the strings hitting my in the chest. Then flowing though my body. Then all of it flowing up my arm then to my hand. But yet I fell nothing. Am i doing something wrong.

I feel heat increasing in my hands, and the cool wind from my room trying to run thorugh my hands, but some tingly feeling on my fingertips.

i am having trouble just gathering the energy(newbie).i cant feel the energy in my body.i only feel tingling in my hands and thats it.what am i doing wrong?
