So I tried the stare at the space between your hands thing, in step one, because I've never actually took a while to just stare at that space. It was pretty amazing. After a while I began to see ripples, kind of like heat waves on a road, but they were very faint. It was still really cool though.

this is to ICERAT dude dont practace it at the same time psi is easy to connect but a kinesis it harder dont give up on psi but wait untill you get bether you mey ask why well to connect with an element is hard is you weel know i think. You are a crayokinetick right however psi is mental and is allways felt right but you need proper body conditions connect with an element so what im trying to say is get more xp with crayo the boost it with psi
note:this can be very dangerous so dont try on you own will i will not be responsible far anything bad that hapens to you ok

How do you know if you've formed a successful psi ball? Will there be some difference that you feel? Like heat, cold, will it feel solid, or is it something you just know?

You may feel resistance, some feel tingling, hot, cold, pulsing, it may even sometimes give little shocks

i sometimes feel shivering and heat but i am not quite sure if it was a psi
though i am trying alot..try when you practice psionics to stay with a straightened back..add something that will calm you like..light incense,meditational music,if there was a garden arround the house i think it will be perfect

Psi is interesting. Whenever I've felt it, it seems to be a pulsing, almost tingling cold heat. Very strange. I've never flared, never really gotten very good at Psi manipulation (that's what I'm working on now) But yeah... it's getting better, and the way it fells is pretty cool.
Also, for me, my palms of my hands change color slightly.. it's like the surface gets speckled... it's hard to explain.

I just tried making my first psi ball after reading Jedikaren's instructions.
Don't know if I did it correctly , but I did feel energy in my hands ----round shaped too. It felt magnetic,---like a little resistance if I put my hands through it .
I didn't know what to do with it, so I threw it up into the sky, through the ceiling of my room. I hope it didn't hurt anything...lol!
P.S. -Just did a 2nd one just now and threw it on my body (over my head) and I swear, I felt some nice tingling feelings on my upper back!

sorry for the bump but i have a theory question to ask. ok theoretically once your abilities grew could this be used to cook food? or raise someones body temperature if they were cold?
