Made this thread so people can say what they visualize to made different kinds of psi balls. I tried to make a hot and hard one so I pictured a steel ball heated to glowing with heat. I got the heating but it was still pretty weak, any help with the visualization or do I just need to put more energy?

Goodluck at making a completely solid PSIball.
I usually visualize my energy as a blue liquid flowing into my hands for a PSIball and I usually visualize it as lava in order to heat it.
and for condensing it I just focus on putting more energy in.

I think it depend on the method, Do you acuire a source to make your psi balls?

I visualize my psi as a light blue light (I know I'm not being original), and when I try to heat it I make it red

well, it's just my idea of pure energy. And I started watching Naruto after I thought of that visualisation  Anyway, I found out that a visualisation of liquid metal works better for me. Somehow. |

For me
i visualize a tap pouring energy onto the back of my neck and it flows through my hands in into the middle to form my PSI ball
the light i think of is like sparkly white and when it gets into my hands its warm and bright like the sun
yes it may sound corny but eh...i felt ALLOT when i did that stuf...just took me a while to relax and get my mind focused
