when i focus and concentrate when it comes moving the psi wheel i feel this connection with my hands to it. like a strong magnetic field connects us. but still i cant move it. i somehow though create a great attraction effect which the psi wheel starts to slowly and weakly glue to my fingers. how can i produce the repulsion effect therefore repelling the psi wheel to start to move? btw is this electrokinesis or?

I have never had any such exoerience...
Are you focussing on delivering energy to the psiwheel?
From my experience, I've learned that is exactly what you shouldn't do. Could be different for you, though

well, i personally try to think of as little as possible. But don't try to focus on that either.
Might sound a little confusing, but try to move the psiwheel the same way you move your arm... that always works for me, though i still can't really control the direction

don't "think" of moving it...visualize it in your mind's eye and move it...wait, did that make any sense?
I guess what i'm trying to say is, don't think about it too much. you're hindering you're own efforts. just try to visualize it.

If you use your 3rd eye 2 hard it gets damaged trust me mine was
