ok well the first time when i was trying to get it into a ball my whole hand and arm turned green please tell me what happened like a line of green around my arm the
2nd time i did it when i put my hand closer to each other i felt this force trying to separate it does that mean i made a ball (i couldn't see anything)

first off welcome to the site.
Second, are you sure your arm was green or you were seeing the aura of green?
third, yes that is a psi ball if it feels like a force is trying to pull or seperate your hands.

i need help also with throwing it like if i want it to push a object forward or just randomly throwing it. How do it do it. Do i think of how the background looks like. So if I'm in my basement do i think of my basement in my head and throw the ball lol  When i tried to throw it the force that i felt vanished but when i was aiming at the small peace of paper the paper never moved so i don't know if i told it to aim at the paper or if it just like scattered or something. |

an aura is the color around a person or energy that will give you information about the person or energy. Generally green means calm, growing, happy and so on.

I think throwing a psiball is not a good way to move things...
a better way to see if you actually throw it -i think- is to throw it at another psion and see if they can catch/feel it...
never had any success with it, so I can't tell you how to do it...
