Is it possible to form a psi-ball away from your body cus i keep getting this strange feeling that im being followed by energy.

yes.
you can even prgram a construct to follow people or you.
you can program them to do many things.

im not sure when i formed this but during school it was there all day and it was freakin me out. Its hangin over my left shoulder still. I can grab it then i try throwin it but it just comes back.

After goin through that strange meditation yesterday i can definetly say that, now that there are 2 of them, they are mine but i just cant get rid of them. The new 1 seems to have a mind of its own almost.

they could be your guides...the fact that they don't have any "real" form could be dependent upon your subconscious...or theirs...like you siad, they both could very well have minds of their own.

well theres other possibilities. like it could be someone else. just programmed them to follow other psions. just to make them mad.
If they are your guides then you should know. if they are your guides then don't feel bad about that, they are here to help you. they are also usually very nice.
also it could all be in your head. (not that your crazy or anything, its just a possibility)
hm.. try asking it.
