I have just started trying to make psi balls since yesterday, and I was able to feel some sort of tingly feeling and I was able to see some wavy stuff coming off of my hands. The wavy things looked almost like heat waves. But the only problem that I have is forming it. Could someone please help me?

How do you make psi balls in the first place? And if you see the waves your doing more than good, What do you mean forming?

I mean, like, keeping the psi ball's shape, because if I move, then I lose it. All I can do is collect energy. I can't keep the energy in place.

Yeah, I can feel it, but I can't hold its shape it. That's my problem. So, how would I maintain its shape?

Try to imagine the psi ball forming into differet shapes or objects.

I think it is a very good start if you can see wavey things. Like energy in hot water/ice in warm water, what you'll often see is those wavey things emits off the ice or the hot water. So if you can imagine the energy as psi, you're on the right step. The next thing is a little bit harder, I had the same problem before as well, Try to imagine the wavey things now contained in a form of a sphere, try to visualize that and even command the wavey things that no matter what happens, you cannot leave this sphere. Then try to see this in your mind.
You're at a very good start!

not sure, usualy when i try psi balls i can feel a slight tingle in my hand.
and i know i can see auras at sertain times... it is just dificult to find more detailed things describing how psi feels on the web...
