i tried to make a psi ball yesterday but insted of seeing a aroa of a ball i saw it around my hand, help me please  |

I would say that he means that he tried creating a psi-ball, but instead of "seeing" the psi in/around a ball shape, he saw it all around his hand.

ok that's called flaring. You don't really need help because there's nothing wrong with flaring a psi ball.
