Ima newbie, today i was starting to make a psi ball and then i felt some pressure in the middle of both hands, but this wasnt the pressure you feel when make psi ball. This felt a vacuum hose was sucking hard on my skin from the inside. It kind of tickled to. Next i know it seem like something opened in my palms and gust of wind like energy was getting sucked in. What was that?

It could be you could be a natural at manipulating the wind (aka: Aerokinesis) and instead of moving PSI into your hands, you may pulled in wind. Just a possibility.
