Ive tried this 3 times, and once not trying to.
I try to make a really really dence Psi Ball and flare it too.
Every one of the time I threw up. After the third time I actually had to go to a doctor and get a tube down my throat but there was not results
The fourth time was under emotional stress I was freaking out so badly then noticed I was making a Psi Ball in my hand, the best one at that then I threw up and suffered from Dirahea.
I think I found out why. I may have been densing it in my Hand but not in my abdamon that it expaned to far and whirled in my stomach at rapid speeds. I decided since I could not really dence it there I made a shell it seems to be working but the PSI Balls do not come out as good.

That's an interesting problem. Try avoiding the shell, as you release the energy spin it slightly yourself and condense it into a small ball first, adding layers as you go to avoid the energy whiplash you seem to be getting.
The shell is the most controlled technique though.
The problem I see is you're using too much energy and not retaining it as a stream... Think getting hit by a wild shotgun blast instead of an automatic rifle.
Either that or you're eating the wrong foods before you try =)

your trying to hard. take it e.z my friend.
do some meditation, or what ever you do to relax. then try it. and dont force it. simply allow it to flow in a ball in your hands.

Your definatly doing something wrong. I've never had this problem before, but I'd suggest spin it slower. Also, don't dense it so much. If it's giving you this kind of problem, just go little by little.

YEah you must be pretty stressed out, flaring doesn't take much energy out of you. But seriously maybe take a few days off psi, maybe a week, or try and get some more sleep, like don't over do yourself. You never know if it will be more serious next time. There is no bad effects from psi unless you don't take proper care of yourself. Seriously just like calm down or relax once in a while, get some exercise, more sleep, drink water or orange juice( orange juice helps you ALOT with psi), and definatly take a few days off from psi.

Alright thanks this all helped. I found out what I was doing by looking at my energy.
I was using ALOT of my energy in the ball and because of the unstability of the ball ALOT of the energy was lost so I kept pushing in energy I didnt have. If I kept pushing I either coudlve been seriously hurt or my body wouldve used backup energy

Thats why you dont use yourself as a test subject for crazy psi stuff that you dont know if its safe or not. Especially using up all the energy that you dont have anymore

Well Technically I wouldnt of run out of energy because of an experiment I did a while ago.
Plus I call this test a Pass.
It showed me how long until I run out of energy.
