This is a very seriuse matter, protection. and its a shame to see this section of the forum goto waist. so i would like each member to actively participate in this.
basicly your idea's on shielding, how you shield, what shields you actively use. and if you can shield others.
so ill start.
the main shield i use constantly is the bubble shield. This shield is programed to have a glass outside with less dense energy on the inside. i do this because as we know glass or any hard surfaces in the shield is easly broken, so by placing the less dense energy behind it, it acts as a buffer. I also programme the shield to block most of the telepathic and empathic signals. I saw most, beacause i would still like to hear and recive cirtain things.
When i shield i always try to clear my field to start, this makes it easyer to make the shield, beacuse there is less interferance from the 'crap' stuck in your shield. 'Crap', this could mean static psi or other energy stuck in your field, constructs or other things. i then make a thing layer of energy in the sape of a shere around my body and then once i have done that i start building the shield off that thin layer.
After i have finished shielding i like to fill my field with dense energy. this also acts like a buffer, from attacks and from people sending. This one also helps people who are getting overload, it settles the field down and surprisingly makes the overload disapere faster.
I can shield others, and i do all the time. it makes me know they are safe for a short time. I have also done it to others who cant shield against attacks, and who do get attacked. for obviuse reasons.
currently, while i sit in my room. i have 3 shields up.
i have one around the house, one around my room, and one around me. there is this little trick i figured out. the computer is a sorce of neg energy also, coming from others directly to you, through the physical line to your computer and finnaly to yourlsef sitting in front of the computer. So i built this line going from the conncetion termal in my room, to the earch. its grounds all the energy instantly. so i dont have to worry about it anymore. i really like that idea. and it solves a few problems too.
Its a good idea to set up a small shield when you first start out. i found that most couldnt hold one for more than a day, on my first attampt it was over a week. It wore me out terribly. It helps you get more efficent at shielding and even energy work.
so start with a simple one, and see how long you can maintain it for, then try again but for longer. by the end you will be able to have it up 24/7 and not even get drained. that is what you are aiming for.
also if you shield a house, cleanse it also. so you start with a fresh house. it will also help with the shielding process.
I would also sugest you cleanse the people living there. IF you can, you dont wont them dragging in ned energy. do you know?
It's also very important to maintian anyshield, so that it can be strong all the time. and to repair if it gets damaged. You can even make a construct that will do that automaticly for you. its not overly dificult to make or programme. im sure you all can figure a way to make it work.
A good extra bit to programme is to only allow cirtien things in. For example, my house shield only lets in people who are gray or white. these people are less thretening to me, and most of my friends are gray anyhow. Its pointless making a shield if you wont a spirit teacher to teach you, but he/she cant reach you beacuse of your shield?
Basicly think about your intentions very well, how your going to execute those intentions and try to think about all the verables. and you will have a good well rounded shield.
Testing your shield is also an important factor. When i test others shields the first thing i look for is against energy attacks, i do this by sending a moderatly charged energy ball at the shield. Note that the top and very bottom are the weakest points. Why? beacuse most people have there concentration on what they can see, so they tend to make those parts stronger. Secondly i test against leaching. This is the one thing that will utimately destroy you shield. I start by trying to draw energy from the shield, you can tell if it your doing it by several ways. One is you gain energy, and the other is you note the pulling affect. Once you test shields out enugh you will be able to tell the diffrence between a shield that has good programming or not against leaches. I tend to see the diffrences in how much force is required to leach off the sheild.
Its also important to know that most astral beings or spirits can not do pisonics verywell. They would rather physicaly attack you than try psionicly. But then there are the few who can, but leave that for another time.
