Well, as I said, I would rather like to have 300 active members(members post at least once a day or every two days) than 1000 that only about 40 or so actually get on every day.

Heh. Yeah. Like I might of said a gamemaking site I was once on had over 3000 members but only 100 main members were active and we pretty much knew each-others names. There were big discussions about the 3000 being a false number. Anyway. If we can get even 100 active members that's doing a lot better then some sites.

Usually you do notice certain names that have posts all over the place...
Like, Dangpp, Darin Rosewood, JK, MBSD, Timelord...etc.

There are plenty of boards I don't visit much and post in less.
Ok we were at 1001 members, but after getting rid of the dead accounts we are (for the record) at 954. that's not too bad. Anyone who had not activated their account since Oct. or before was deleted and anyone who had not looked at the site with no posts since 2006 was deleted.

There are really alot who dont post then, how odd. It seems pointless to me signing up to something if your not going to use it.

people do it. Anyway most of the dead members are gone, but the number may still drop as I get more emails back. Blah. I hate doing this. It's boring and I don't like losing members like this, but it has to be done.
