Does violence ever solve anything?
My opinion, yes. Violence has solved more things than anything else. Wars, are controlled violence to cause a change insomeones or a nations behavior, or to gain some sort of resource. Violence is the easiest way to solve something. Disagree with someone kill them (I'm not telling you to) Problem solved. I am not saying violence is good, just that it can and does solve things.

Dang, violence is A solution. But it could be erradicated all at once and the world would stay the same.
Example, if the germans had uprisen against hitler, no war.
Example, if the men in the airplanes thought outside the box, there would be no 9/11.
Violence comes as a last resort to the wise, and as a first resort to the lame.

We'll probably go extinct with our nature of violence to survive one day. War's will be bigger, and science with it's nuclear bombs and crud will only drive us all to kill each other.

Like what leethal said, violence is A solution, but there are always more solutions out there.
Think about this.
Say, you're a student at a school, and you don't really want to go to maths.
THINK.
Would you happily go to your maths class after you have been threatened with violence and/or been hit by your teacher?
OR
Would you happily go to your maths class after your teacher has sat down with you and asked you what is wrong, etc etc etc?

umm im a grr what are they called extremely against violence wuith the whole ... i would rather suffer than to make another suffer deal... lol yes it hurts alot to stay true to that lol

EG. you and your classmates are at the pool (as a class). The swimming instructor then picks you out and asks: 'Would you swim 100 laps while everyone else just bums around and watches you swim?Or would you bum around and watch everyone else swim while they swim 100 laps?' And you would choose the first option, right? (if I made any sense to you at all lol... =P ) |

Violence does not solve anything, violence is a weak persons way out, they can stand to be told they are wrong, they cannot face talking to others because they are weak. Words can solve anything when said properly. Violence is stupid, what does it solve? Nothing. Why resort to violence when everything can be solved with words? Violence gets you into trouble. When in a fight the feeling of victory presents its self for no more than five seconds, when a battle is solved with words, peace is maintained for ever.
