You cant read a book using psi (unless we count the use of clairvoyance to read a book). Using your third eye is a joke. Read like you normally would. It will go directly to your brain. Photoreading is a good method if you have time to recall things.

I dont see the point. Just learn to read quicker. Even if you could use pi to read real fast you would still be limited by how quickly you can turn the page. If you really need to get through something quickly then skim read it.

I read about a guy that supposedly taught kids to be able to see in 360 vision, read closed books, etc. but the credibility is 0.
